A proposed 3-story multi-family housing design using shipping containers assembled to create traditional forms, sympathetic to neighborhood and surrounding communities. The emphasis of the corner and the form making development of decks, rear stairways and raised entry are all found with the more traditional stick framed housing stock of the city. Home buyers seeking alternatives and more affordable options were the genus of the design effort.
